1. Select Equipments from Equipments tab .

2. Select the site, group, equipments and the status from the Dropdown options.

3. For adding a manufacturer, you need to select a row and click on "Manufacturer".

4. Fill in the details on the Equipment Manufacturer form.

5. Click Add
